What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

The battery life varies based on the speed setting. The fan can run between 6 and 44 hours continuously. For example, on Speed 1, it lasts approximately 22 hours, while the "Natural Wind" mode (Speed 4) can reach up to 44 hours.

Can I use the fan to charge my phone?

Absolutely. The fan features a built-in Power Bank function. With its 10,000mAh capacity and bidirectional USB port, it can charge your smartphone in an emergency.

Is the fan height adjustable?

Yes, it is a versatile "2-in-1" model. It features a telescopic aluminum alloy rod that allows it to transform from a compact tabletop fan to a standing floor fan, reaching up to 1.03 meters in height.

Does the fan oscillate?

Yes, it offers 120° automatic oscillation(left to right) to circulate air effectively. Additionally, the fan head can be manually tilted 180°up and down to target the breeze exactly where you need it.
